WORKSHOPS

The Creative Biomaterial Design Workshops are organized to promote sustainable design practices, encourage material innovation, and raise awareness about eco-friendly alternatives in art and production. As environmental challenges grow, there is an urgent need to rethink how we create and use materials. These workshops provide a hands-on learning experience where participants can explore biomaterials, experiment with their properties, and develop creative solutions for more sustainable design applications.

Our goal is to foster an open, interdisciplinary space where artists, designers, scientists, and the broader community can collaborate, exchange knowledge, and push the boundaries of traditional material use. By learning from experts in biomaterial research and creative industries, participants gain practical skills in sustainable material development while discovering innovative ways to incorporate these materials into their work.

The workshops also serve as a platform for community engagement, inspiring a new generation of designers and creators to adopt a circular approach to materials, reducing waste, and embracing environmentally responsible production methods. Ultimately, they contribute to a broader cultural shift towards sustainability, supporting the development of a more conscious and responsible creative industry.
